You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving an item. Contact vrablepeskin@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can provide instructions and a prepaid return label. We cover approved return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee.
Items should be returned in the condition received, with included components and proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety, some opened personal-care goods may be ineligible where permitted by law; this does not reduce rights for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Inspect the order on arrival and contact us promptly about damage, defects, or incorrect items. We will work with you on an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions commonly take 5–10 business days to post a completed refund. You may request cancellation before shipment; once an order has shipped, the return process applies.
